Tracy Johnson
Tracy enjoys the variety of People Factor clients, getting to know their business needs and finding the right people to help them meet their strategic business goals. As a full lifecycle recruiter, Tracy does everything from identify candidate sources, manage the awareness campaign, interview, evaluate and assist clients in the selection process as well as negotiating and coordinating relocation, compensation.
But most important to Tracy, is the opportunity to connect with individuals to achieve a new career opportunity in a company that’s the right fit.
The fast-paced environment at RBC Dain Rauscher is where Tracy developed her recruiting and human capital management skills. Over seven years there she met a variety of HR challenges from recruiting 150 IT contractors to creating and implementing a new recruitment process for 155 Private Client Group branch offices nationwide. She also identified over $400,000 in savings by streamlining the existing IS contractor process, managed the summer internship program and introduced eRecruting across the company.
Tracy has a double major in Human Resource and Management with a minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She loves being outdoors, traveling with her husband and son as well as working on projects to update their home.
