Lisa Bryant
Lisa brings recruiting and HR experiences from several environments, such as staffing consultants for Andersen Consulting, compensation analysis, employee relations and new hire assimilation at Medica. Lisa was also heavily involved in the entire recruiting process for Suburban Radiologic Consultants.
So People Factor clients reap the benefit of both her large corporate environment and specialized smaller organization experiences. And Lisa enjoys bringing those perspectives to her clients. Lisa is a full life-cycle recruiter, with the ability to handle the recruiting process from beginning to end, or any part in between as client needs dictate.
A married mother, Lisa confesses to having difficulty sitting still — a good thing when you have a 6 year old and twin 4 year olds. So, you’ll frequently find her enjoying outdoors, both at home and ‘up North’, with family and friends.
Lisa graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in social work and minor in psychology, and holds a Professional of Human Resources certification.
