Laura Koski
People factor in every aspect of a business and perhaps the most important is in that critical time between when a candidate has been identified and when they are finally hired. The person who coordinates everything from scheduling, to benefits to making sure they know where to go can have a big impact on how candidates perceive their new, potential, employer.
Laura has a passion for people. She and her husband love to connect with friends here in the Twin Cities as well as family in the lake country in Northern Minnesota. Whether it’s fishing, playing cards, making a meal for a big gathering or just hanging out, Laura is known for taking care of people.
She brings that passion to People Factor and to our clients and candidates. As a former HR Delivery and Service Team Lead at Wells Fargo, Laura has seen the world from inside a large organization, the importance of structure and strategy as well as real connections to individuals. In addition to coordinating candidates, Laura provides Human Capital Consulting services like developing job descriptions and benefits programs..
Laura graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and earned a M.A. degree from Concordia University, St. Paul in Organizational Management.
