Eberle Morgan
Knowing yourself makes you more open to knowing what others are all about, from their energy and motivations to their dreams and aspirations. Although her dance and choreography career is behind her, Eberle still starts each day with yoga, walking and stretching, rather than just jumping headlong into the workday. She says this helps her know herself better and as a result, make more effective connections with clients and candidates.
Eberle is a full life-cycle recruiter, skilled at everything from research to identifying top candidates, interviewing, evaluation, negotiation, placement and post-placement follow-up. While previously a specialist in executive positions, she has enjoyed the challenge, and subsequent success, of expanding her expertise to encompass the variety of positions that People Factor clients need to hire.
With nearly 10 years of experience in recruiting prior to People Factor, first with Recruitment Research Associates and later as National Sales Recruiter for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Eberle understands recruiting from all angles.
We mentioned dance…prior to her recruiting career, Eberle was a dancer with Children’s Theater Company Minneapolis, and Minnesota Dance Theater, before moving to Britain to dance, choreograph, and teach for a variety of companies, including her own. She also taught at the Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, Wales for eleven years.
