That means we will take the time to define success for the human capital component of your business and then work with you to set realistic goals that we can attain.

Service level agreements specify what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. And we provide regular reviews following a new hire:

  • 30 and 90 day candidate follow-up
  • 30 and 90 day hiring manager follow-up
  • 1 year follow-up with both

If a new hire does not meet expectations within 90 days of employment, we’ll remit the related fees or find a new candidate.
