Service level agreements specify what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. And we provide regular reviews following a new hire:
- 30 and 90 day candidate follow-up
- 30 and 90 day hiring manager follow-up
- 1 year follow-up with both
If a new hire does not meet expectations within 90 days of employment, we’ll remit the related fees or find a new candidate.
